Donny Fit is a structured training method for women who value discipline, clarity, and long-term results.
This work prioritizes structure over trends, discipline over shortcuts, and physiques that look refined while functioning well. Training is approached as a process, not a quick fix. Results are built through consistency, intention, and respect for structure.
Background
My coaching career began in Winter Park, Florida in 2014, where I learned to teach discipline, effort, and consistency from the ground up. My craft was refined in New York City, where higher standards and attention to detail are required for results that last.
I have over ten years of experience coaching student athletes, seniors, creatives, and professionals. My work focuses on results, symmetry, and sustainability in women’s strength and physique training.
I train year-round with the same discipline expected of my clients. My bodybuilding path, including a competitive debut at the Long Island Championships, informs how I coach preparation, structure, and commitment.
Training with Donny Fit requires respect for the process, consistency, and accountability. This work is best suited for those ready to commit.
