Payment & Booking

• All sessions and packages are paid in full in advance

• Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received

• No sessions are held without payment

• Prices are non negotiable unless explicitly stated in a written offer

Packages

Expiration

• Packages are designed to be used consistently
• Each package has a defined usage window
• Unused sessions expire after the stated time period
• Extensions are not guaranteed and granted at discretion

Cancellations& Rescheduling

• A minimum notice period is required to reschedule
• Late cancellations are counted as used sessions
• No shows forfeit the session entirely
• Repeated late cancellations may require package review

Session Credits & Transfers

• Sessions are non transferable
• Credits hold value only within the original package term
• No refunds on completed or partially used packages
• In rare cases, credits may be applied toward future services at discretion

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and on time
• Health disclosures must be accurate and complete
• Training results depend on consistency and participation
• Coaching is a collaboration, not a guarantee

Fit & Eligibility

• These services are not for individuals seeking casual or inconsistent training
• Not suited for those unwilling to follow structure or boundaries
• Limited capacity environment by design
